Development Work at site is now progressing at a fast pace. Some of the main features of work include:

1. Completion and carpeting of all Roads of A, B & C Blocks

2. (i) Main Entry Gate for Two-Way Traffic is operational alongside G.T. Road.

(ii) Another Entry Gate on 140 ft wide Road between A & B Blocks has been constructed alongside the Main G.T. Road. The Main Road 140 ft. wide has been constructed and named Mian Akhter Avenue, in recognition of his services for the Society.

3. Landscaping around Entry Points has been tastefully planned and executed.

4. Civil works in Blocks A, B & C are in the final stage. Utility services shall be made available on demand.

5. Earthwork on and around Blocks ‘D’ and ‘E’ is progressing steadily. Formal contract for development of this Phase has been awarded.

6. Two Tube-wells have already been installed and made operational while a few more are under exploration.

7. Handing-over possessions of Plots in Block ‘B’ has been initiated. For Blocks A & C it will commence shortly.

8. Horticulture work along Roadsides and Parks with clusters of varied sizes of plants and shrubs has already been initiated. On completion, the combination of various aesthetic developments shall result in marked value addition in the Project Area.

9. A Public Community Club over 74 kanal land is also in process. It has been designed compatible to the existing national and international clubs containing all modern inhouse amenities planned in Block ‘B’.

10. Provision of Super Stores in Blocks ‘B’ and ‘E’ has been made to ensure availability of all kinds of merchandise for the residents.
